Garments Worker Rights

Every human has a right to get food, Clothing, shelter, Treatment, education. These are basic needs. In bangladesh Our Garment and Textile friends those are working in Factory lives very pathetic life. They worked a lot sweat down to feet and earn salary which is sufficient as per the calculation. In reality all the money has taken by the house owner at their working zone.  And this mean house owners are getting all the money of this hardworking. Ansd this newly rich persons childs are doing crime like sexual torcher which is totally out side of factory premises. Factory owner cant do there anything because these are out of his controll. why they do like this as they become idle without doing any thing they are getting money. so to improve the social structure as well as the workers satisfaction I have a prposal

Estublishing a apartment complex of 50 to 60 as per the industrial zone.
Single apartment for living, family aprtment for living,  dormitary facilities with dining, Medical hospital well equiped, security facialities, play grounds, parks, prayer zone, School, swiming zone, ponds, markets etc will be placed.

Rent of the society:
workers will pay only there house rents and medical allowance. and they will live here as free in house, education and medical. Only they will purchase food. For maintanance of society they may pay 100 taka each month.
if a helper house rent in salary is 1000 Taka, medical 250 taka then she will pay 1350 taka each month for her fooding 2000 per month will spent and and rest 1950 taka she can save. then only she can work with satisfaction. and provide good effort in work that improve the quality of product.

If there are 50000 in each complex then per month 30000 X 1250 = 62.5 M BDT every month will spent for medical utilities and the depriciation of project which means to installmnt.

Funding: a loan of zero interst is require. By the financial institute can do the management itself to do business. at low mergin. It is not donating money it is not a profitable business but it is a helping poor worker having a no loss project. with a few profit.

3. job satisfaction to industrial worker
4. better quality product as job is sequre


Source of Idea: Army soldiers are living like this and they are getting a good society. where government is funding them.
