I happen to see your small loan speech on "Link Tv" at home in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA.  I was inspired not only by your message and dedication but the practical and humanitarian approach to your ideas.  I have an idea that may be able to be incorporated into your plan.  

I have mentioned this plan to many people where I live and the response I get is always "When are you going to start".  Well that scared me a bit.  Yeah how would I get this off the ground.  Maybe you can help if you favor the idea.  Here it is:

New Orleans, Louisiana is made of ward.  This is a municipal designation used to provide city services across the city.  Each ward has homes, business, intersecting streets with lighting, drainage and so forth.  Each ward may also have as a local business small neighborhood "corner grocery stores" which are ususally privately owned -  for profit small businesses.  Supposed a entity was formed that helped 400 to 500 households to form a corporation and capitalize that corporation at 25.00 to 50.00 a month to purchase own and operate their own store and then decide to run it for profit (which has certain benifits) or an "at cost" community store which has other more immedeate beneits to the community owners.  The community's return on its investment in this venture can be realized over a short period of time but the benifit of ownership in the venture will continue as long as you remain a member.  If anyone is intereste in discussing this idea in further detail of which I have more, please contact:
