Check-in Time: 15:00

For guaranteed room availability prior to 15:00, the room must be pre-booked from the previous night at a full night’s room rate.

LATE CHECKOUT
Late Check-out till 18:00 will incur a Half Day charge. After 18:00, it will be charged as full day. All Late Check-outs will be subject to availability (Occupancy, Arrivals and Departures).

EARLY DEPARTURE
Rooms will be charged for the entire duration of the stay of early departure / unfulfilled room nights (entire duration of booked stay) after confirmation of room block with applicable Service Charge and VAT.

NO-SHOW / NO ARRIVAL
Room will be charged for the entire booking period with applicable Service Charge and VAT for No Show / No Arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Any cancellation must be made in written from Yunus Centre or from guest directly via email or fax.
• Cancellation before 21 days of arrival- No Cancellation Charge
• Cancellation within 20 days of arrival- 01 night charge
• Cancellation within 15 days of arrival- Charge for entire stay 

Note: Shuttle service charges are per person per way and all other airport transfer charges are per vehicle per way.

  wish a guaranteed room upon arrival early, we suggest that you hold the room
  from the night before. Please inform us if you need a late check out as a late
  check-out fee may apply.
• In case of early departure additional one night charge will be posted on your
  billing.
• In case of ‘No Show’, room night charges for entire stay will be posted to your
  billing for each of the reserved rooms and we will consider that the entire
  booking is cancelled if not informed before.

Cancellation & No-show Policy:

• No Cancellation Charge will be applicable if the reservations have been cancelled 10 days prior to Check-in Date. 
• 50% of the projected bill amount will be charged as Cancellation Fees if the reservations have been cancelled 06 days prior to Check-in Date.
• 100% of the projected bill amount will be charged as Cancellation Fees if the reservations have been cancelled within 03 days to Check-in Date, due to the potential business loss for the hotel arises for Cancellation.
• In case of any No-show, 100% of the projected bill amount will be charged.  

Payment of Bills:

• Advance payment will has to be made on total estimated bill prior to Check-in of the Group and the rest must be paid at or before guest’s(s’) Check-out.
• With prior Credit Approved reservation, payment will have to be made within next two weeks of availing services from the Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort. After two weeks Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort will charge 5% interest on monthly basis on the outstanding bill amount.

General Terms and Conditions

• All the rates quoted above are Non-Commissionable even when the reservation is made by the nominated Travel Agent of the Preferred Corporate Client.
• Our standard Check-In time is 1400 hours and standard Check-Out time is 1200 hours. For guests that arrive prior to 1500 hours, the hotel will make all the endeavors to provide the room. However, in order to have guaranteed room availability for Check-In prior to 1500 hours, the room must be pre-booked from the previous night. In this case, one night’s additional room charge will apply.
• Guests Checking-Out after 1800 hours, full room charge will be applicable (subject to availability).
• Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation must be done in writing (either by letter, facsimile or E-mail) prior to 48 hours of arrival date by the designated person from Preferred Corporate Client. Cancellation later than this will incur a minimum 01 night room charge with applicable Service Charge and VAT as cancellation fee.
• All booking requests must be communicated to the hotel in writing (either by letter, facsimile or email).
• The Preferred Corporate Client will make an advance reservation with the hotel and the hotel will confirm the reservation subject to availability. If for any reason, the requested room category is not available, the hotel will offer an alternative category of room/suite and the rate will be applicable for that respective category of room/suite.
• The hotel will send a reservation confirmation to the client upon receipt of reservation request in writing within 24 Hrs time. However, smoking / non-smoking preferences and bed type preferences cannot be confirmed during reservation confirmation. During the time of check-in, the hotel will make all the endeavors to allocate rooms as per preference but this will be Subject to Availability.
• During Check-In time, credit card pre authorization will be taken by the Front Office of the respective guest. In case of cash payment, full cash payment must be made during Check-In time. Guests will settle the entire bill by cash or credit card during the time of Check-Out.
• The hotel strongly recommends that all the reservations should be guaranteed by credit card. If the hotel has a Credit Arrangement with the Preferred Corporate Client, a letter signed by an authorized official of the Preferred Corporate Client with payment instructions will serve the purpose as guarantee.
• Payment of all amounts in connection to the Hotel shall be in Bangladesh Taka with the existing currency conversion rate of the hotel. This may be change without prior notice.
• It is highly recommended that the respective Account Manager of the hotel should be copied in on all correspondence in connection to room reservations at Four Points by Sheraton Dhaka.
• This proposal, the information it contains and the information hereto or hereafter exchanged between the parties relating to this proposal, are confidential. The Preferred Corporate Client and the Hotel shall not, without the prior written consent of the other, disclose any of such information to any person outside of either party’s organization.
