A conversation between Nobel Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus and President & CEO of Grameen America, Andrea Jung, about the development and progress of Grameen America’s new initiative to address racial and financial equity in the United States. Through the Elevating Black Women Entrepreneurs initiative, Grameen America aims to invest $1.3 billion in loans to 80,000 Black women entrepreneurs over the next 10 years.

Plenary 11: Social Business and Sport around the world

In 2016, Prof Yunus addressed the 129th IOC Session in Rio, and thus initiated the reflection about coupling the power of sport and the practical tool that is social business to create a meaningful change in people lifes. Since then, the Yunus Sports Hub has been created to consolidate all these activities and shape the newly created "sport and social business" movement. Today, many individuals and organizations have joined the movement and integrated this concept into their operations. This session will be held in an innovative format, as a succession of video calls to those who shape the social business movement on the field, aiming to show the latest social business developments all around the world, in live action.
