Instructions for Attendees

The entrance for the conference is Gate 4 of Infosys. Please do not bring laptops to the conference venue due to security restrictions, mobile phones and tablets are allowed.

Please wear the conference badge at all times inside the Infosys campus.  Please keep your national ID/Passport with you at all times inside the Infosys campus.

Please go through these instructions about the conference and venue:

VENUE:

Plenary venue: Infosys Convention Centre, Building 50 (5-10 min walk from Gate 4)

Entry to the plenary hall is from the second floor.

Breakout sessions and Country forums: Building 11 (5 -10 mins walk from the convention center within the campus)

SHUTTLE FROM/ TO THE HOTELS (Only for guests staying at LemonTree, GoldenTulip and Oterra Electronic City) :

PICK UP: 7:45 AM

DROP OFF: 7:45 PM

PARKING AND DROP-OFF INSTRUCTIONS:

Entry: Gate 4

PARKING COUPONS: All the cars need to collect the Parking Coupons at Gate No: 4

Allotted parking area is at the Gate 10 parking lot of the Infosys campus.

GATE  4: Chauffeur-driven cars and taxis can drop-off attendees at Gate 4 where the registration desks are situated.

GATE  10: Self-driven cars need to be parked at Gate 10 after collecting the parking coupons at Gate 4.

NOTE:  A shuttle service from Gate 10 to Gate 4 and vice-versa is available at the campus. (5-10 mins drive). Please get in touch with Infosys staff at Gate 10 and Gate 4 for this service.

REGISTRATIONS AND SECURITY CLEARANCE:

All the attendees have to go through GATE NO: 4 for Registrations and Security clearance. Badges will be given here. People with badges will also have to go through security check.

COLLECT YOUR BADGES AT THE DESIGNATED COUNTERS AS PER YOUR REGISTERED PASS CATEGORY.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE:

Lunch venue: Infosys Convention Centre Banquet Hall, 4th Floor, Building No: 50.

Tea and coffee: Infosys Convention Centre 4th Floor, Building No: 50

EXIT:

GATE NO: 4

• Kindly avoid going out of the campus during the conference, as you will need to go through security procedures again.

• Conference attendees can use the bicycles parked around the Infosys campus to get around the campus if available.
  
• Shuttle services to a mosque are available from Gate 4 at 12:30 PM, 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM on 28th and 29th. Gate 4 is a 5-10 mins walk from the convention centre.
