Isomir

In France’s rural and outlying urban areas, there is little infrastructure for small farmers, leaving them unable to compete against international rivals supplying industrial food companies. Isomir is a socially-oriented program that helps create small agrifood plants that can be operated by small groups or even a single individual. These mini-plants enable producers to process their own output and sell higher-value-added products, especially in short distribution channels.
